Costume-wearing is welcomed! Special Channel Islands Harbor Trick-Or-Treat bags will be available for children. Admission is free for anyone under 18 years of age and must be accompanied by an adult or guardian-one parent or guardian for every four youths. Adult admission is $10, and seniors and active military are $5.
